Week 3: Getting Trip Fit

With only 97 days to go until Nepal (that is, if I counted right) – I’m at a total stand-still with my workouts. Motivation has all but lost me and this is seriously the wrong time to lack exactly that.

I have a trainer involved to keep things moving, am teaching dance classes at the gym and discovered rock climbing for the first time last week. Generally, those would be really positive changes. But, I leave for Ireland next weekend which will be 10 straight days of awesome with very little strategic exercise involved.

Diet-wise, I’m not doing too shabby. I don’t track like I’m supposed to – but I’ve been eating significantly better overall.

Regardless, it’s more than time to put all the pieces together and make a strong go at this. Ninety days to awesome? We’ll see.
